Bekezela Home Based Care (BHBC) is a dedicated non-governmental organization committed to improving the lives of individuals and communities in Zimbabwe. Founded in 1994, we have grown from a home-based care initiative focused on HIV/AIDS to a comprehensive organization addressing a wide range of critical health and social issues.
